Overview :
A complete product design project for a compact handheld steam cleaner designed for everyday home use. The design focuses on creating a simple, approachable cleaning tool that combines functional performance with an intuitive user experience. From early form development through refined CAD and visualization, the project explores the balance between ergonomics, usability, and a clean consumer-product aesthetic.
Constraints :
The product needed to remain compact and comfortable to operate while accommodating the internal components required for steam generation and cleaning. Particular attention was given to grip geometry, trigger placement, nozzle orientation, visual proportions, and the integration of functional components within a cohesive exterior form.
Outcome :
The final design delivers a refined handheld steam cleaner with a compact silhouette, ergonomic grip, and clearly defined functional areas. The product combines practical usability with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, resulting in a consumer-ready design that can be effectively communicated through detailed CAD and photorealistic visualization.
